4. Prices and Payment

Product prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown before you confirm your order.

We may change prices or promotional offers without prior notice. Such changes will not affect orders already accepted by us.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Orders are subject to successful payment authorisation.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

After receiving your order, we will send an acknowledgement to the email address provided. An acknowledgement does not, by itself, mean that your order has been accepted.

A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order, normally through a dispatch confirmation.

If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, we will contact you and arrange any refund due.

6. Delivery

Available delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout where applicable.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed otherwise. We will deliver without undue delay and, unless a different period is agreed, within 30 days of the contract being made.

If there is a significant delivery problem, please contact our customer service team. Your statutory rights relating to delayed or failed delivery remain unaffected.

Responsibility for the goods generally passes to you when they are delivered into your physical possession or that of a person you have identified to receive them, subject to applicable law.

7. Your Right to Cancel

If you purchase products online as a consumer, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.

Where goods in one order arrive separately, the cancellation period generally runs from receipt of the last item.

To exercise your right to cancel, contact us at info@harrowdenbio.com with a clear statement of your decision. You may use our cancellation form if provided, but you are not required to do so.

You must return the relevant goods within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation, unless we agree otherwise. Please contact us for the appropriate returns address before sending the goods.

For a cancellation based solely on a change of mind, you are normally responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided this was disclosed before purchase.

8. Sealed Products and Hygiene

Some food supplement products are supplied with protective or tamper-evident seals.

Where goods are sealed and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, the statutory cancellation right may be lost if the goods are unsealed after delivery.

This exception applies only where the relevant legal conditions are satisfied. It does not remove your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

9. Refunds and Returns

Where you validly cancel an order under your statutory cancellation right, we will refund the amount required by law, including the cost of standard delivery where applicable.

Additional charges for an enhanced delivery service selected by you may not be refundable beyond the standard delivery cost.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise, and without unnecessary delay.

For returned goods, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. Applicable statutory refund deadlines will apply.

A deduction may be made for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, where permitted by law.

10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If a product arrives damaged, is faulty or does not correspond to its description, please contact us at info@harrowdenbio.com .

Please provide your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where helpful.

We will review the matter and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other mandatory consumer protection legislation.

The Harrowden name, branding, product imagery, website design and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise stated, material owned by or licensed to us may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

Any third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
